What is the company's return policy?
Product must be returned in original unused cartons and made within 30 days from the date of shipment. All returns must have prior written authorization issued by Quantum Food Service. Returned goods are subject to a 25% restock charge. All freight on returned goods must be prepaid by the shipper unless prior written arrangements have been made by Quantum Food Service. Only full cartons can be returned for credit. Items made for special orders (special color, mobile bins, hot stamping, etc.) are not returnable for credit.
